Corporate Social Responsibility Research

The CSR Monitor explores the views, attitudes, and behavior of consumers, shareholders, and corporate employees relating to current CSR issues. It provides companies with insights into the attitudinal context within which they operate in societies around the world, examines where companies are particularly vulnerable on social responsibility, suggests CSR communication strategies, and explores the business case for good corporate citizenship.

RPA has partnered with GlobeScan Incorporated of Canada to conduct Corporate Social Responsibility Research In Africa.

The Study

The CSR Monitor addresses key CSR Issues and is fielded in 22 countries each year. A random sample of 1,000 average citizens are interviewed in each country. The research is carried out by public opinion institutes in each country, under license to GlobeScan Inc. In addition to the comprehensive interpretive report and detailed statistical tables, each client receives a customized, in-person presentation of the findings, tailored to their specific needs, as well as strategic consultation for the year.

In addition to subscribing to the annual core research report, clients can choose to take advantage of this international research platform to field confidential omnibus questions in participating countries of their choice, on a per-question, per-country fee basis.
